holy crap, i haven't updated in a while. so here's my weekend in review!friday looked bleak, so aaron and i went downtown to see what we could find. managed to crash a party in a niiice apartment. drunk people are the best. they're all like, "we're so happy now that we're drunk!!! come share in our good fortune!!!" watermelon-flavored smirnoff may be watermelon-flavored, but it still smells and tastes like rubbing alcohol. watermelon-flavored rubbing alcohol, but i'm being repetetive. i don't like being nice to people i don't know, so we strategically stationed ourselves next to the keg in the kitchen. after drinking what we wanted, we quietly snuck out. then it was down to the back room for chicken tenders, sobering up, and a lively comic book discussion.
i killed most of saturday sleeping. the three of us went for a late dinner at fuddrucker's. god, i love that place. i got a chicken sandwich (yummy!) and a ginormous chocolate milkshake. back at the dizzorm, i learned for the 3rd time in my young life how to play poker. i think the rules actually stuck in my skull this time. we stole anna's banana chips for poker chip usage.
i was hugely proud of myself for turning what looked like a heinously boring weekend into a fun-filled bonanza of....well, fun. because, as everyone knows, mary wash is a desperately boring place. you must make your own fun. i did. wheeeeee.
